Off-season conditioning and workouts

Many of our Colonial H.S. sports teams will conduct off-season workouts/conditioning sessions.  This is a great opportunity for not just returning players to get extra work in, but for those who may be interested in playing a particular sport, but have never given it a real shot.

The biggest requirement is that you must have a current physical on file with the Colonial High School Athletic Trainer…(Remember Physicals are good for ONE CALENDAR YEAR!)

Click on specific sports pages to see when your sport may start doing some conditioning…If your sport of interest is not posted, fear not and keep checking back for information.  Info will also be posted in the gym lobby on the main campus and the gym locker rooms and hallway at the 9th grade center.

Currently (Boys and Girls Swim, Boys and Girls Water Polo, Boys Golf, Wrestling) are posted.
